Eucalyptus Globulus, commonly known as Southern Blue Gum or Blue Gum, is a tall, fast-growing evergreen tree native to southeastern Australia, valued for its timber, essential oil, and ornamental qualities.
 
 
Eucalyptus globulus is an evergreen tree that typically grows to 45–55 metres tall. The tree has a straight trunk with mostly smooth bark revealing bluish-grey inner bark. Adult leaves are lance-shaped, glossy green. The tree produces white flowers in spring or summer.
 
The tree prefers fertile, neutral to slightly acidic soil that retains moisture and requires full sun. It is fast-growing and can be propagated by seed at 13–18°C during spring or summer.
