Bamboo Kings uses a number of shipping methods depending on the size of your order and value. Plants or perishable items are not covered by usual courier insurance but rest assured Bamboo Kings has this covered in the event of lost or damaged plants we will replace them for you under the terms and conditions which can be found on our "Terms and Conditions" page.

Small orders and up to a certain value are sent via Parcelforce 24hr courier service to most UK mainland postcodes. Some areas and postcodes require additional shipping charges with this service which we will inform you via email if this is the case, in most instances there is no extra charge. This is a fully tracked service which we will inform you via the website and your order of the tracking number.

For larger items and heavier items we use DX overnight service or our pallet network. These are both overnight services and our pallet network offer insurance free of charge to the value of £5000 in goods. Both these services are fully tracked services and we will inform you of the tracking number.

For local very large orders we use our own network of vans and partners to deliver these within 2-3 days. In this case you will be contacted with a delivery day and we will provide a rough ETA for the arrival of your order.
